"You were so empathetic and really took my words and feelings seriously. That's invaluable"

Supervision
I believe that supervision is a collaborative process of support, reflection, and learning. It offers protected time and space for you to reflect on your practice, develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and nurture your creativity within a safe and supportive environment.
As a supervisor in training, I offer a relational space grounded in both a Humanistic Integrative approach and the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision. This framework allows us to explore the therapeutic process from multiple perspectives including the client, the supervisee, the therapeutic relationship, and the wider systemic and organisational context.
My approach encourages reflection, gentle challenge, and professional growth. I recognise and honour the unique experiences, identities, and contexts of each supervisee. I aim to support you in navigating your professional journey, becoming aware of blind spots, exploring parallel process, and deepening your understanding of your clients’ lived experiences.
Supervision with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and ethical awareness.

Supervision Approach
Humanistic Intergrative Approach
My counselling work is grounded in a Humanistic Integrative approach. This places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client as the foundation for healing and growth.
Humanistic integrative counselling recognises the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotions, soul, and spirit. It supports holistic development and encourages self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal responsibility.
I believe that human nature is fundamentally oriented towards growth, and that each person has the inner capacity to find their own answers when offered the right conditions.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental and accepting environment that supports self-exploration, autonomy, and empowerment.
Theoretical Approach
Humanistic therapy encompasses a range of modalities, including:
- The Five Therapeutic Relationship
- Person-Centred Therapy
- Gestalt Therapy
- Existential Therapy
- Systemic Therapy
- Domestic Abuse Counselling (DAC) model of practice
These approaches share a focus on the individual’s lived experience, personal meaning, and self-actualisation.
How can we work together?
Supervision with me is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in both a Humanistic Integrative approach and the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision.
This means our work together will include:
- Exploring your client work in depth
- Reflecting on the therapeutic relationship and relational dynamics
- Identifying parallel process and blind spots
- Considering ethical dilemmas and professional boundaries
- Exploring systemic influences, power dynamics, and diversity through an anti-oppressive lens
- Supporting your professional identity, confidence, and development
Supervision is not about judgment, it is about growth. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to bring uncertainties, challenges, and successes. Alongside support, I may offer gentle challenge to encourage deeper reflection and development. Together, we will work at your pace, with curiosity, openness, and mutual respect.
Costs
As a supervisor in training, I am currently offering supervision at a reduced rate of £35 per session.
