I will aid you in understanding your emotions, thoughts and actions. which will allow you to uncover your motivations and abilities, find your own solutions, and help make the changes that you want to achieve. It is important for you to feel comfortable being open and transparent, exploring your emotions, and expressing yourself freely. I will offer empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, accepting you as you are.
As a qualified meditation teacher, I have received training from the British School of Meditation. I specialise in working with clients on an individual basis or in small groups, guiding them in the practice of meditation and mindfulness techniques to effectively reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Research indicates that directing our attention to the present moment can have profound benefits for our health and well-being. Mindfulness-based treatments have been proven to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. Moreover, there is evidence suggesting that mindfulness practices can lower blood pressure, improve sleep quality, and even aid in pain management. By incorporating mindfulness into our lives, we can experience a multitude of positive effects on our physical and mental well-being.
With over 15 years of experience in delivering accredited and continuous professional development courses, I am a seasoned trainer. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training as well as Assessment, ensuring my expertise in the field. My offerings include a diverse range of well-being courses and workshops that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your company.
