As a qualified meditation teacher, I have received training from the British School of Meditation. I specialise in working with clients on an individual basis or in small groups, guiding them in the practice of meditation and mindfulness techniques to effectively reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Research indicates that directing our attention to the present moment can have profound benefits for our health and well-being. Mindfulness-based treatments have been proven to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.
