Fees

I believe it is important that you know what counselling or supervision will cost from the beginning, without unexpected charges or complicated packages.


You don't need to commit to a set number of sessions. We can talk together about what feels right for you, and regularly review how our work is progressing.


If you're unsure which service would best suit you, I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation where we can have a brief conversation before you decide whether you would like to book.

Adult Indvidual Counselling

A confidential and supportive space where you can explore whatever is happening for you, at your own pace.

50-minute session — £50

90-minute extended session — £75

Young People's Counselling

Counselling for young people aged 13 - 18, offering a safe and supportive space to talk about thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement.


I understand that beginning counselling can feel daunting for a young person, so we will take time to help them feel comfortable and understand what counselling involves.

45-minute session — £30

Student & Reduced-Fee Counselling

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces because I recognise that the cost of counselling can sometimes be a barrier to accessing support.



Availability of reduced-fee spaces may be limited, so please contact me to discuss whether a space is currently available.

Student counselling — £30 for 50 minutes

Reduced-fee counselling — £30 for 50 minutes

Couples & Relationship Counselling

A supportive and balanced space where you can explore your relationship, understand recurring patterns and work towards greater communication and connection.


The initial session gives us additional space to understand your relationship, what has brought you to counselling and what each of you would like from our work together.

Initial couples session — £45 per partner

60-minute session — £85

90-minute extended session — £120


Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors.


My approach is collaborative and relational, with space to explore client work, ethical practice, professional development and your own experience of being a practitioner.



Supervision is available face to face or online and can be arranged according to your professional and training requirements.

Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment arrangements will be discussed when your appointment is booked.
  • I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session fee.
